Participation and having fun are the focus.

Each participant is given the opportunity to take part in practices and meets and we encourage our swimmers to focus on personal growth.

Individual improvement benefits the team as a whole!

The Windjammer Swim team is open to any LSC member between the ages of 5 and 15.

Athletes work on stroke technique, endurance and racing strategies.

Swimmers can swim one length (25 yards) of freestyle without assistance.  

The 6U team is our developmental level where 5-6 year-olds learn the fundamentals of competitive swimming.

Pre-team is for swimmers ages 4-6 that are not ready for competitive team and want to get better at their swimming skills.

Participants will learn the basic swim skills in order to become more confident in the water.

Participants must be able to tread water and be comfortable with putting their face in the water.

Water polo is open to any child that is age 9 to 15 and can swim and tread water.

Participants are grouped by age and/or skill level during games.

Dive team is open to any LSC member, boys and girls (co-ed team), between the ages of 5 and 15.

You do NOT need to be on the swim team to participate in dive team.

NOTE: Practices and meets are during the day, typically 1-3 PM.
